Strong computer literacy including rostering systems and databases, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook) Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and supervising a small team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees. Strong organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.A current NDIS check National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes).Knowledge of the aged care sector highly desirable.
